If you HAVE a pokemon that is up for sale, say the name of the pokemon, the level of the pokemon, and if it Normal, Shiny, or Gold (if you feel it is necessary you can post a picture)
If you WANT a pokemon, just say what pokemon you want, the level of the pokemon, and if you want it Normal, Shiny, or Gold, than under that statement you would write what offers you have for that pokemon.
